A grounded, empowering identity for a Pilates instructor who believes in strength through flow, and creating a supportive, mindful space for her clients to thrive.

Kayleigh wanted her brand to feel calm, approachable, and professional - something that would attract her ideal clients while giving her confidence to promote her classes and retreats.

THE STRATEGY

  • Kayleigh’s ideal clients are busy, wellness-focused people who value belonging and a safe space to move and reconnect with their bodies. They’re seeking more than just a workout - they want community, calm, and a consistent practice.

  • We positioned Caretta Pilates as a nurturing retreat for mind and body - a place where clients feel welcomed, supported, and encouraged to grow at their own pace.

  • Grounded, calm, and encouraging with moments of warmth. Language is welcoming and inclusive, focusing on empowerment and connection rather than performance.

The tagline “Exhale. Flow. Belong.” reinforces the emotional promise of her sessions, turning every touchpoint into an invitation to slow down and breathe.

THE OUTCOME.

Kayleigh’s retreat is almost fully booked, she’s getting emails from businesses looking to collaborate with her & Caretta Pilates on events and she has been receiving loads more online membership enquiries.
